Booking Terms and Conditions A non-refundable deposit amount, payable at the time of booking is required to secure your booking date (based on a percentage of the TOTAL hair, make up and beauty treatment prices). Bookings are not confirmed until deposits have been received and email confirmation has been sent by us. Outstanding balances are payable to the hair stylist and make-up artist separately at the time of each individual trial or on the day of your wedding. In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform our services (ie accident or illness) we reserve the right to cancel any booking and return your deposit. Deposit payments are non refundable for all events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity or its consequences, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, outbreak of disease, tour operators, wedding planners, airlines etc going into liquidation, Governmental action and any other similar events. Under the above circumstances you can request for your booking to be re-scheduled to an alternative date (subject to availability) and any payments already received will be transferred to the new date. Payments are not transferable between services e.g. if you decide to cancel/part cancel an element of your make up booking, any payment received cannot be transferred to your booking for hair styling, lash treatments, nail treatments etc. Cancellation - If the entire booking is cancelled the deposit will be forfeited unless the cancellation is withinh 6 weeks of the appointment in which case full payment will be required Part cancellation – If one or more people cancel the element of the deposit relating to that person(s) will be forfeited unless the cancellation is within 6 weeks of the appointment in which case full payment will be required Alterations** may be made to your booking at any time, however alterations made within 3 months of your wedding day may forfeit part of your deposit payment Travel expenses will be charged for bookings outside of the Kato Paphos/Coral Bay area. These charges will be made in full at the time of balance payment and are non-refundable: Aphrodite Hills Resort - €15 Mandria & Surrounding area - €10 Columbia Beach Hotel, Pissouri & Surrounding area - €20 * "Cancellation" means the cancellation of your ENTIRE bookings and complete removal from our diaries. ** "Alteration" means a change to your original booking (i.e. and addition/removal of a service) but not the cancellation of the entire booking.
